On-Location Requirements

Our team is happy to serve your group at your location. If your location is outside of Southern California, there may be additional travel fees not shown on this calculator. Please contact us. A minimum of 12'x12' of space with a 9' ceiling, and power outlet is required. If your space is smaller, please let us know and we will confirm what is possible.
Please note we have a $1,000 minimum for on-location headshots.

Retouching

We recommend retouching if images will be used for publications, prints or websites. Our standard retouching includes removal of stray hairs, whitening teeth, cleaning eyes, and removing skin blemishes. Extensive retouching and background extractions/changes are available for an additional fee.

Would you like retouching included?

Yes, please include retouching in the quote. Retouched images are delivered in high resolution. 1 Retouched image per person will be included in quote. No, retouching is not required. Images will receive basic edits only including exposure, crop, and colour correction. Images will delivered in medium resolution (2048px on long edge)

Composite Team Pictures

A popular choice for teams is groups shots consisting of separate images, combined (or composited) together. If the team changes, we can update your team picture without having to photograph the entire group again. Choose the number of people that will be included in a team photo.
